OrganicPROM offers an innovative technology for processing organic waste based on the principles of natural aerobic composting. In controlled artificial conditions, using advanced software solutions and AI-based management systems, we create optimal conditions for the accelerated transformation of organic matter into humus—a valuable fertilizer for agriculture.
Technology Description
The principle of controlled biofermentation involves the sequential work of different groups of microorganisms that activate at each stage of processing under specific conditions of temperature, humidity, and aeration:
How the Technology Works
Mesophilic Stage:

At the initial stage, mesophilic microorganisms are activated, breaking down simple organic compounds and releasing heat. The temperature of the mass gradually increases to 40°C, stimulating further processes.
Thermophilic Stage:
The temperature rises to 55–70°C, activating thermophilic microorganisms that break down complex organic compounds, including fats, proteins, and cellulose. High temperatures destroy pathogens and weed seeds, making the product safe.
Cooling Stage:
As the temperature decreases, microorganisms are activated to complete the processing of remaining components. This stage improves the substrate structure.
Maturation Stage:
The final stage involves humus-forming microorganisms that convert remaining organic substances into stable humus suitable for agricultural use. After maturation, the mass acquires a dark brown color and a specific smell.
Technology Advantages
  • Environmental friendliness: The process eliminates harmful emissions, minimizes odors, and reduces the environmental impact.

  • Speed: The complete processing cycle takes only 24 hours, unlike traditional composting, which requires several months.

  • Efficiency: The technology ensures deep processing of organic waste, turning it into high-value humus.

  • Flexibility: Suitable for various types of organic waste, including complex components (fat, blood, cellulose, etc.).

  • Creation of valuable products: Instead of destroying waste, humus is formed, which can be used in agriculture.

  • Scalability: The technology can be adapted for enterprises of different sizes, from small businesses to large productions.
Comparison with Alternative Technologies

Innovations and Prospects
AI and IoT: The real-time monitoring and control system analyzes and optimizes process parameters, ensuring stable results.

Scalability: The technology is suitable for businesses of all sizes—from small cafes to large processing plants.

Sustainable Development: The humus produced not only reduces waste volume but also contributes to soil restoration and fertility improvement.

Energy Efficiency: Minimization of energy costs through process automation and optimization.

Economic Benefits: Reduction of waste disposal costs and increased revenue through the production of in-demand fertilizers.
Import Substitution: Bioreactors are developed and manufactured in Russia, reducing dependence on foreign technologies.
Government Support: The technology is included in the list of projects for technological sovereignty in Russia (Government Decree No. 603 dated April 15, 2023), providing access to state subsidy programs.
Economic Benefits: Cost reduction for waste disposal and additional income from selling the final product.
Environmental Efficiency: Minimizing emissions and ensuring environmental safety through innovative management and purification systems.
Conclusions
Controlled accelerated biofermentation is not just a technology but the future of waste processing. OrganicPROM invites partners, investors, and like-minded individuals to join in creating a cleaner world where organic waste is returned to the economy, and technology serves nature.
